Social Order. 25 social order fences. Steel and polyurethane paint. Variable dimensions and shape. 2018. Art space of Mayor university, Temuco, Chile.
The project exhibited in the gallery of the Sala de Arte de la Universidad Mayor sede Temuco is basically a formal strategy of occupation and distribution in a given space, this strategy establishes a relationship of use, but in turn these situations mimic building a visual distortion and ambiguity regarding the inside and the outside. This situation produces a condition in the relationship we have with space in general, and in particular with the relationship of the exhibition space.
The modular object that makes up this structure is an object that allows us to temporarily dimension and determine certain forms in space and build a sort of periphery that leaves us relegated to the "outside". This modular object that belongs to the context of public space as a computer system is questioned here, since the computer object loses its function and defines itself from the logic of sculpture and its relationship with space, from aesthetics and its relationship with the chromatic and visual.
